    • (YMCA) Financial Assistance Application for After-School/ Summer Services 
    • Instructions for Completing the Financial Assistance Section

      1. Provide Detailed Information: Carefully fill out the Financial Assistance section. Your responses help us understand your household circumstances and are crucial in assessing your application.
      2. Submit the Application: Once you have completed the section, submit your application. This will initiate the review process to determine your eligibility for financial assistance.
      3. Await Notification: After your application has been reviewed, we will notify you in writing regarding the outcome. If approved, this notification will include details of the financial assistance awarded to you.

      Please ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete to facilitate a smooth review process.

    • Financial assistance is granted based on funds availability. Applicants must submit a Financial Assistance Application with the necessary documentation for approval by the YMCA before any alteration in fees. Full program fees remain applicable until you receive confirmation of your financial assistance award from the YMCA. The YMCA holds the right to terminate financial assistance at any time, especially if the monthly payment is overdue by more than ten business days. In the event of unavailability of financial assistance, applicants will be placed on a waiting list. Applications that are incomplete will not be considered.

The Children's Trust, which provides funding for the program, adheres to strict data privacy protections for the information collected, in accordance with guidelines such as the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
